2. . Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (3 or more reason)
2.1) I want to be leader of Emergency Medical Service because I have gained a lot of experience in EMS as Deputy Chief and I have experience during 7 terms under the guidance of 4 different Chiefs, I can lead EMS in a good and responsible way
2.2) EMS was my first legal organization. When I started out, I earned everyone's trust, and through hard work, I became a HC member. If I were to become the Chief, I would never foster a toxic environment; instead, I would build the best HC team EMS has ever seen
2.3) During my term, the lobby will be covered 24/7, the AS unit will be on call at all times and answer promptly, lab stock will be consistently maintained, and proper roleplay will be ensured my experience what i was given here its all grandrp one
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1) I will hire employees, there will be 24/7 lobby cover and proper roleplay will be ensured.
3.2) I will dispatch units for critical treatment calls, and the calls will be responded to every time.
3.3) I will ensure that the lab maintains maximum stock levels, and I will also give equal attention to the lab department.
3.4) I will make sure HR department take interview, exam and give proper training and i will make sure all EMS never break server rules.
3.5) I create best HC team which when Chief or Deputy Chief is not available to handle the organization and i will give good bonus if employees works hard.
3.6) I will also make sure that during my term EMS organise multiple IC event like Blood Donation, and etc.
