General rules for State :
1.1 All staff members are required to comply with established standards.
1.2 It is forbidden to transfer your members of organization into another organization | Verbal warning to the leader.
1.3 It is forbidden to accept people in legal organization with criminal record | Verbal warning to the leader .
1.4 It is forbidden to drive an armor vehicle in the city without an escort | Verbal warning to the Player.
1.5 Employees of LSPD have the right to search a car. If the find any illegal weapons or drugs they have the right to confiscate them . All of it should be recorded on the video and saved for 48 Hours | Warning to player
1.6 It is forbidden to search a car without POV | Warning to the Player.
1.7 FIB could take a lead on the special operations if other organizations take part in it.
1.8 Laws are wrote by the government and every state organization should follow them.
1.9 If there is an emergency state all state organization must react including : EMS who have to send two emergency cars to the selected point.
1.10 All state organization must not wear a mask on duty. Exceptions are special forces of following organizations : FIB | LSPD | NG.
1.11 All state employees are forbidden to search cars or people without POV or if there is not a role play situation | Warn
1.12 Players that are in a state organizations could play there character as a (bad cop).
1.13 5 bad cops are the limit for each state organization. A player must write biography to become a bad cop which has to be approved by senior curator of state.
1.14 Bad cops are allowed to ask for illegal items.
1.16 The title district of the gang is the place where the gang is most active and the title district of the gang is considered as a densely populated criminals place where state employees cannot come without an IC reason.
1.17 You have 20 minutes to put a person in jail starting from the moment of cuffing them | Demorgan 120 min.
1.18 Looting in a gun fight is forbidden for state employees | Demorgan 120 min.
1.19 EMS employees must not assist unconscious people during an active gunfight . You must leave the area until it is deemed safe | Demorgan 180 min.
1.20 It is forbidden to put barricades in front of the alarm panel | Verbal Warning to the player.
Leader Rules :
2.1 Governor must conduct a meeting with all of leaders of state orgs in the official discord voice channel and put a screenshot of an amendment made in the channel called "legislation change" | WARN to leader.
2.2 Leaders must review the legislation change with the limit of 48 hours | Verbal warning.
2.3 A leader cannot disagree to a legislation change without a valid reason | Verbal Warning.
2.4 All of the amendments made should be approved as well by Senior Curator of State which the governor has to tag in the discord channel | WARN to leader.
2.5 Every state organization must do ghetto patrols 3 times in a week (Minimum 8 people).
Rules for Leaders :
3.1 The minimum term of leadership is at least 30 days, otherwise the leader is removed from his post by blocking the game account for 3 days. If the leader leaves his post with serious reason, then he is removed without a ban and his post is transferred to a trusted 9th (or other rank-deputy) or a new applications will be opened.
3.2 It is prohibited to use warehouse of the organization for personal purposes.
3.3 When appointed to his post, the leader has the right to take a freeze of the faction for 24 hours.
3.4 The leader of criminal and state organizations has the right to have 3 deputy ranks.
3.5 The senior staff of any organizations is considered only deputy rank and the leader of the faction.
3.6 The leader of the organization has the right to dismiss employees of his organization if he has lost any confidence in them with the senior curators approval.
3.7 The leader can take a freeze of his faction from 12 to 24 hours once per term with the permission of the senior curator.
Responsibilities :
Maintain a minimum daily online time of 2+ hours.
Listen to and comply with the requirements of the curators.
Prohibited for leaders :
Play on an additional account for the opposite sphere of your organization.
Behave inappropriately.
